| In stock items will usually be dispatched within 1-5 working days of your order being placed. If there is a delay on sending your order we will contact you by email. International orders will take longer to arrive.
Orders are subject to credit clearance and availability
of stock. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered
an alternative or given a full refund, we will contact
you to arrange this via email.
Remember, you will be responsible for any payments
of customs duties (if applicable) and local taxes once the
goods have
been shipped to your country.

Lost or damaged goods
We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged whilst in transit. If you do receive a damaged or faulty order please
keep all packing material and contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for the damaged or faulty goods
to be exchanged or provide a refund of the cost of
the goods.
In the event that any goods are lost in transit please contact
us immediately either via email at returns@dogbog.com or call
us on 020 7617 7546 and leave a message, we will get back
to you as soon as possible.
We want you to be satisified with your purchases from dogbog.com
and if you aren't, we want to know why (so we can fix it!).
If you wish to return an item ordered from us you can, provided
it is:
- unworn
- has original tags and labels attached
- within 14 days of receipt
We will offer you a refund or an exchange once the returned item has been checked.
Please call or email before sending anything back to us so we can advise you how to proceed and assign you a returns number. Orders returned without a valid returns number will not be exchanged or refunded.
